It’s quite useless to build a cell tower, when you don’t have a clear connection with the core hub. To make sure we have a straight connection that isn’t interrupted by trees, buildings or other things, we go out and play a little game. We get ourselves on a aerial platform and install a flash light on the exact same height as where our antenna will be. A couple of kilometers further, on the nearest existing cell tower, there’s another team holding a flash. When we can see the light, the connection will be clear too.
